Monthly subscription:

I understand that I am signing up for this package on a monthly subscription basis. Payments will be made automatically on a monthly basis unless I cancel.

Any cancellation will be effective from the next monthly due date. For example, a monthly subscription ordered on 1/01 will be valid until 1/02 with access to the subscriber area and replays until that date. As a result, refunds for the current month are not possible.

 

Annual subscription:

I understand that I am signing up for this package on the basis of an annual subscription with two months free. Payments will be made automatically on an annual basis unless I cancel. 

I have a legal cooling-off period of 14 days from the date of the last annual payment (L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), after which I cannot receive a refund. 

I understand that I have access to live broadcasts, replays and files on the pages reserved for subscribers until I cancel my subscription.

Mp3 Meditations:

All purchases of downloadable MP3 meditations, either individually or in batches, are final. 

In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the performance of which has begun after the express prior agreement of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.
No refund is possible for a product that has already been downloaded.
We may, however, issue a refund in the event of a duplicate purchase.

Intellectual property and copyright:
All text, titles, audio, video, images and illustrations on our site are our exclusive property. Under intellectual property and copyright law, any use is prohibited except for strictly private purposes.

Without prior authorisation, any reproduction of our site, whether partial or total, is strictly forbidden.

I understand that all the content on the pages ‘Subscriber Area’ ‘Videos and replays’ and 'Meditation mp3' is private and protected by copyright. I therefore undertake to respect the confidentiality of this content and of the members of the community.
