The Kundalini Shakti awakening. What are the signs and how to go through this process?

Updated: Apr 9

Awaken your Kundalini Shakti energy for deep spiritual transformation. Navigate this intense process with meditation, movement, energy practices, and nature connection. Beware of spiritual ego inflation. Embrace your unique journey.

The planet’s vibration, which has increased dramatically in recent months, make us dive deep into the layers of our being. Some of us experience sudden events, awakenings and great liberations that often happen through the experience of pain. Since the end of 2018, I have been myself in this intense work that came to unravel the deep layers of my ego, I’ve been stripped of everything I could still hang on to outside of me, till I experienced what we are all basically afraid of: emptiness or the void.

As I experienced this void, my Kundalini Shakti began to wake up more and more. I found that I was not the only one going through this process and that others were experiencing these intense energy activations. I have had some activations of the Kundalini in the past, but it has never lasted this long. For several weeks now I have been feeling powerful energies inside me, I’ve been having visions of snakes or dragons manifesting inside my pelvis.

Signs of the Kundalini Shakti awakening include: swaying the pelvis back and forth, spasms throughout the body, physical pain, uncontrolled movements, heat waves or cold waves, waves of intense joy and bliss, waves of sadness and despair, a connection with the Divine and the feeling of melting into the Whole, an opening of the heart that brings forgiveness and healing, visions and third eye opening, more acute intuitions, extrasensory perceptions opening up.

The Kundalini Shakti (the coiled power) is a vital energy coiled inside the first chakra, it is first in a dormant state, before it activates and starts to climb along the column and spread throughout the body during the process of spiritual awakening.

Shakti is considered to be a feminine energy, the energy of creativity and fertility. Whether we are a man or a woman, it is this energy that allows us to create and create life during the sexual act. When activated, it releases the emotional and energetic debris stuck in our body, chakras and meridians. Its awakening, when it’s powerful and unexpected, can sometimes be very disconcerting for some of us, with loss of reference points, intense emotional waves, the feeling of going nuts, feeling delusional.

Here are some tips in order to go through this process in the best way possible:

- Meditate by breathing deeply, feel carried by the energy, do not block it. This can lead to movement of the pelvis, the column, but also the head and arms.

- Move your body, dance. This will help to circulate the overflow of energy and bring a real well-being, the Kundalini Shakti loves to dance and to undulate!

- Practice Yoga, Tai Chi, Qui Gong or any other energy practice that will help to harmonize this energy.

- Regularly connect with nature, making sure to remain well grounded (for some this activation can lead to feeling very ungrounded).

- Avoid eating too many fast sugars that will over stimulate the nervous system already well stimulated by Kundalini Shakti.

Also beware of unwanted side effects, including the inflation of the spiritual ego. Sometimes the connections that are occurring through the awakening are so powerful that the ego takes the opportunity to hijack the experience for itself, believing itself to be super powerful, thinking that it understands everything and feels therefore superior to others.

Basically the ego has no hold on this energy, the Kundalini Shakti is the energy of life itself, it expresses itself through us, this energy is universal and in each one of us.

Wether we are in this process of awakening of the Kundalini Shakti or still in the dormant stage of this process, let us always be embracing whatever is occurring within. As I always say, every awakening or healing process is unique and personal, there’s nothing to force, nothing to block, just allowing the infinite Intelligence of Life manifest itself through us.

Mantra: Adi Shakti Adi Shakti Adi Shakti, Namo Namo Sarab Shakti Sarab Shakti Sarab Shakti, Namo Namo Pritham Bhagvati Pritham Bhagvati Pritham Bhagvati, Namo Namo Kundalini Mata Shakti Mata Shakti, Namo Namo

Translation: I bow to the Primal Power. I bow to the all Encompassing Power and Energy. I bow to that through which God creates. I bow to the creative power of the Kundalini, the Divine Mother Power.
